Affidavits

An affidavit is a statement of facts made in writing, which is confirmed by the oath or affirmation of the person making it before someone who has the authority to administer an oath or affirmation.

In the case of an Affidavit being sworn, you swear the contents of the Affidavit are true to the best of your knowledge, information and belief.

In the case of an Affidavit being affirmed, you solemnly affirm and declare that the contents of the Affidavit are true to the best of your knowledge, information and belief.
